A 4 week fitness bootcamp using indoor and outdoor activities that focuses on strength and conditioning.

Jazzercise & Strength Training

Workout program combines jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga, and kickboxing into a 60-minute body workout.

1 hour mat classes that focuses on core strength, proper posture, flexibility, and toning.
